Tracey Orr

With over 25 years business experience and an exemplary work ethic, Tracey brings knowledge, loyalty, integrity and professionalism to PSM.

Tracey’s professional experience prior to joining PSM is in finance, sales, conferencing and PR within the hotel and hospitality industry, together with her knowledge of Rugby League, Sports Management, her strong family values and her greatest achievement: being a mother of two beautiful, athletic, happy teenagers makes her the perfect CFO for PSM.

Being a country girl, who was born and raised in Mudgee NSW, family means everything to Tracey. It was in the country where she also met and married her childhood sweetheart Chris Orr. Married 21 years, Tracey has been by Chris’s side for the past 28 years where she has experienced first hand Chris’s trials, tribulations and journey from School Boys Representative Football through to becoming a Professional Rugby League player in Australia and in the Super League in the UK. However it was the next phase of Chris’s professional career that was the most challenging, being there to support Chris and brother Gavin as they established Pacific Sports Management, whilst still pursuing her professional career.

It is Tracey’s professional and personal experience which is invaluable to the PSM team and their clients. She understands what young athletes, their partners and family members go through on an athlete’s sporting journey. It was this wealth of experience which had PSM convince her to join the PSM professional team full-time a number of years ago.
