PSM is investing in the sporting development of our nation’s sporting juniors. Kick starting the Pacific Sports Management Puma Pathways Program, PSM aims to develop young athletes and provide them a clear and structured pathway to professional sport.

The PSM Puma Pathways Program consists of three fundamental phases: Camps, Academy and Combines.

PSM Camps

PSM Camps provide an opportunity for junior athletes to participate in a sports program created by senior professional coaches from different sports.

Athletes who show potential and stand out from the crowd will be invited to attend the PSM Academy where they will be provided ongoing development & mentoring from the PSM family.

PSM Combine

PSM Combines are a talent showcase for all PSM athletes across a range of different sports in-front of clubland recruiters. Athletes will be tested for their athleticism and in gameplay.
