Talon Woodward is an Accredited Rugby Agent with Pacific Sports Management and a passionate advocate for athlete development. Currently completing a Bachelor of Law and Commerce at the University of New South Wales, Talon combines legal knowledge with real-world experience as a representative Rugby Union player — giving him a unique perspective in guiding athletes through their professional journey.

Talon is continously mentored by industry leaders Gavin and Chris Orr—who have over 26 years’ experience and have negotiated some of the biggest deals in NRL and AFL history—and brings the full strength of the PSM agency to his clients. This includes expert contract negotiation, in-house financial guidance, and a dedicated team committed to long-term athlete welfare.
As a younger agent, Talon brings a fresh, hands-on approach, working closely with each client to map out a career path that aligns with both their sporting ambitions and personal development. He understands the importance of education, and is passionate about ensuring junior athletes are supported both on and off the field—creating a balance that helps them grow into exceptional athletes and well-rounded individuals.
